The Internationale Stiftung Mozarteum made all scores by W. A. Mozart publicly available on December 11, 2006 at http://dme.mozarteum.at/DME/nma/.

I publish scores according to these criteria:
I have to like the music (no Lloyd-Webber)
Transcription has to be practical (no 32 stave symphonies)
I try to avoid the overly popular (no Für Elise)
